*UPDATE-I’m adding a star because I finally received my item and it is beautiful so that’s a positive.* It’s funny that I received this email from you today asking me how my item is and then asking me to email you FIRST if I have any issues with my order. Unfortunately...I have emailed you several times. The most recent email was sent asking you AGAIN where my item is but I received no response. It’s a little tricky to write a review for an item you don’t have, its been over a MONTH since I placed my order-by the way. I won’t order from this site again. Instead, I’ll go through Etsy who has sellers that actually respond and you can track your package. Buyers be aware. Pretty terrible first crystal buying experience.
