Really needed the knee braces. They didn't have the color I wanted so they sent me a different color instead of holding up my order which worked out great.

Ordered 07/25/2016. Received 08/11/2016. On 07/26/2016 I received an email which stated my package had left the facility and gave me a tracking number. The package went from Madison, to Chicago, and instead of going back north to Wisconsin, it went to PA. I emailed the company on this. The response I got 07/29/2016 was this: The FEDEX tracking number you got is for another order coming to our warehouse. Don’t worry, your order is still in process. We will update the correct tracking number after we ship your order. Sorry for the confusion. I didn't get the next update until August 3rd. Which gave me a new tracking number. Package wasn't delivered until 08/11/2016. I could have drove to the warehouse and picked it up in four hours rather than waiting 18 days!
