Ordered braces. Trying to get them to send an rma is almost impossible. They don't answer the phone hardly either. Won't do business again with them. Filing complaint and disputing charge now with bank card.

LIES! Their products do not live up to their hype! I spent $80.00 dollars on a cheaply made knee brace that did not support my knee. I sent it back with every thing and now I am un-patiently waiting on my refund!!!!! P.S. I also had to spend $20.00 to spend this cheaply made brace back!

Do not order from this company!! My neck brace said 3-4 days and now it’s 12 days with nothing to show! BBB complaint will be filed

This company is terrible. I ordered a $360 brace that did not fit my shoes. Returning was difficult as it is because they would not provide a shipping label. They told me I needed to return at my own cost and label. I sent back via USPS weeks ago. Don’t even bother calling — they’ll never answer and they’ll never call you back. I’ve emailed numerous times and the only response I ever got was asking for a tracking number in order to process the return. I was never told I would need one and therefore did not ship with a method in order to obtain one. Big mistake. Now, they will not respond to me. I have filed with the Better Business Bureau and they never responded to that inquiry either. They will get away with robbing you.

Wouldn't work with me on wrong size. Snarky responses.

The item I ordered was not even shipped after 48 hrs, so I canceled the order. It simply disappeared from my account, but no money was returned. Customer service was not reachable. They are fraud. Don't buy from them

I bought a brace for my RIGHT arm. They had one job, to send me a RIGHT brace. They sent me a brace for my left arm, I ordered a return. They told me I can pay a fee to expedite the return process. I returned their brace, and I have not gotten mine still, after 4 weeks. So i paid 40 dollars, and effectively got nothing out of it. This is during the covid pandemic yes, but i called and email about a dozen times and literally no response. 0/10

Awful experience. Bought a knee brace. I e mailed for a return label. it was too small. They sent the label. I packed the item and sent it via UPS ground (the return label). Have never heard it was received or payment refunded. Called over and over. (Always got recording that call would be returned in 5 hours) Sent one after another e mails. Finally got response with instructions on how to refund and get label which I had done, signed by Travis. I did get the original return label through the website. To date: no response, no refund.
