The Therall joint warming knee support is so great that I'm ordering another one for my other knee! Shop Ortho took my order on a Monday and I received it within two days. Awesome!

I ordered a TENS machine from Shop Orthopedics. At the time of order, I happened to be under the care of Home Health Care and, my physical therapist helped me choose the TENS for me. The P.T. supervisor also had high praises for this TENS stating Chatanooga was the stellar maker of TENS. Both my P.T and, the P.T. supervisor took all my information for their use. I have referred a relative to Shop Orthopedics. My purchasing and, shipping experience was outstanding.

I ordered two Maxtens units recently from Shop Orthopedics. Steve Senzik gave great customer service! When one of the units had a problem, he sent a packing slip and before I even asked, he had sent out a new unit. Everything was done quickly, kindly and efficiently:)) Would surely go through them again:))

I had prior experience using the ViscoSpot heel cups by Bauerfeind with the blue in the center. I called before confirming the order to make sure I was getting what was shown on the web site. What I received is different.....it has star with white and blue. I called Bauerfeind to be informed that the ones with blue in the center was old style and what I have received are the new ones. Well, I am disappointed as the new ones are not helping me with plantar tendopathy at all. A few years ago when I bought the old type, it did wonders for me. I think I wasted my $$.
