The only complaint I have is that the person who answered my email questions before purchase was incorrect when he told me one of the features I wanted was not present on the brace I ordered, causing me to pay an extra hundred dollars buying a separate option product I don't need. I can't decide if I should return the extra option I bought or keep it as a spare. When I told him about this, he asked if I was sure it was on the brace, I said yes, and didn't hear back again.
