VERY PAINFUL 18 E MAILS CS REP THAT DOES SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THEY COULD NOT GET THE ORDERED PRODUCT NOW WHO WOULD DO THE UNTHINKABLE SEND THE INCORRECT SIZE KNOWINGLY WHO DOES THAT WITHOUT ISSUING A REFUND THEY WILL NOT EVEN STOP THE SHIPMENT THEY WANT ME TO DO THE DIRTY WORK WHEN WILL THE SHIP THERE IS A REPORT THAT A CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED THEY JUST DROPPED THE BALL

My experience with shop orthopedics was excellent. I needed a post op knee brace in a hurry and they delivered. Being able to speak someone about the brace was very helpful. And the brace arrived when it was expected and the price was competitive.

Received the Tens Unit on time and it performs flawlessly. Highly recommend this unit for back sufferers.

Post -Op knee brace. I Actually bought this as a golf tool. I use it too lock my knee at a bent angle to ensure it does not straighten on back swing or downswing. This works great! I feel this a great price and super quick delivery.

Well not very happy.. The size of the braces are incorrect . Sent firs one back a size 6 large , way to small it fit my Filipino wife who is 4' 10"" and 125 pounds. The 2nd of a different kind was also to small used your fit size chart. So I.am giving up , maybe I can redo the last one by sowing some stuff on it to make it work. GW
