Ordering was very easy, delivery excellent. The only reserve I have is that the picture of the product did not show an attachment I needed. I called the company to ask if the attachment was included or if I had to order it separately. I was told the person I needed to talk to was not available but he would call me back. I left my contact information but my call was never returned. Fortunately the item arrived with the attachment.

I feel bad giving only two stars, because in the end your store did good by me. I got immediate reimbursement of my money, once it became obvious that I would not get my ice machine on time. However, I was promised that the machine would arrive on time for the day of my surgery and it actually arrived two days after - not a great thing. Again, it was remedied and the return was painless, but I wish the machine arrived on time and I was spared the stress of dealing with it on the day of my surgery. Thank goodness for my husband.

Not happy with product. Bought from this site because they had a product that is being discontinued in the size I wanted. Other sites at least did not list that size because they were already sold out. I was very unhappy when I received this that they had switched out the one I wanted with in my opinion an inferior replacement from the same manufacturer. Would not have purchased if I had known about the switch.
