I ordered a Brag shoulder pad for the Kodiak ice machine. It came in less than a week and exactly what i wanted. I would definitely order from them again.

Good overall experience.

Took six days to ship. I was very disappointed in the delay.

Although I have owned the belt for less than a week, it appears to be well constructed and supports the lumbar area very well. The air inflation system is superior to other belts that I have owned. The only drawback I have seen so far would be that the inflated air pad in the back seems to irritate the skin. The detachable hot / cold pack works very well and is well worth the additional cost.

Received item in a little over a week possibly due to holiday. The back brace works just as described. Thanks.

I needed to purchase a hinged knee brace and Steve was beyond helpful. Not only did he send links for the best suited braces, he also helped speed up the shipping process so I could have the brace asap. Once the brace arrived, he spent a few minutes adjusting it. I have worn the knee brace for 5 days and love it!
