ShoemallReviews of shoemall.com

I saw all the reviews before purchasing and was hesitant but bought and it turned out great. I had emailed before to make sure the shoes were in fact available and got a fast response saying they were. Shoes came fast and the right size. I ordered Stride Rite shoes which tend to be expensive and I got a great deal, will order again for sure.

The website does not warn you that if you pay through Amazon, Ebay or Paypal you must pay at your cost for shipping, instead of the $6.95 flat rate if paid through a credit card- Returning 2 pair of shoes cost me $15.00!

I will never buy from shoemall. Bad customer service and bad returned policy

Absolutely terrible customer service! Please don't buy anything from ShoeMall.com. You will be sorry. I paid $25.00 for overnight service (express). I received my shoes 3 days after ordering. When I wrote to ask about a refund for my $25.00 they said their express service is 1 to 3 days. My order was shipped regular ground - not express like they lead you to believe. What a ripoff! And then, I opened the box ....I had ordered size 14 - in the box are size 15. Geeez! I will not return them. ....I don't want to ever deal with this company again. I will just donate them to Goodwill. And if you don't know ...you pay for any return postage. I am so livid. P.S. ShoeMall is owed by Mason Shoes which also does business under the following names: Stoneberry, Masseys, Mason Easy Pay, K Jordan, Maryland Square, Auditions, B.A. Mason, Figi's Gifts in Good Taste, Figi's Gallery, Mason's Outlet Store, Figi's Outlet Store I would suggest you don't do business with any of them. I certainly won't be - I learned my lesson!

I was really nervous to buy from Shoemall but I decided to go with my gut and buy anyways. Shoemall got me my shoes on time (with free shipping) and I saved over $30!!! You just have to know if the shoes will fit you so try them on in store if you can- that seems to be the issue with most people is the return policy- just know your shoe size guys!

i got the best prices and decent variety from this company. they responded immediately and shipped free. I got exactly what I ordered and quickly. I'm grateful. and they send me emails with discounts. i'll definitely keep using!

I ordered a pair of shoes on their webshop and payed with paypal. I wrote several mails, never got any answer. If I had known better and would have seen all the complaines about this company before I ordered, I would never have made this mistake. I wonder if this company actually really exist and if I ever will receive these shoes, which I payed for??? I keep you all posted.

Needed to return shoes because I didn't like them once I received them. Problem is that the debit card and account I used for the purchase had been closed. The order return form is designed poorly. #1 - There is no option to exchange for an e-gift card an the option is not even available according to customer service. #2 - There is no where to write your card payment info if the item you're exchanging cost less and you need to add card info to pay the difference. #3 - Don't rely on their customer service for help. Nobody knows anything... For these reasons I will not be purchasing anything else from Shoemall.com. I will stick with Amazon, 6pm.com, and other merchants which offer a better system. One more thing, it would be nice to have had specifications on the item I purchased, like length of heel and etc.
