I have been calling this company since the beginning of March when I returned a shoe. I have not received a refund as of today 4-18-16. Customer service agent was nice but the supervisor could care less. You can hear it in her sarcastic voice. It will be a cold day in Hell before I shop here again. Folks I am telling you do not do it!!!

I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect and complete disregard for customer satisfaction/retention in my life. If you are considering giving this company your money...please spend it somewhere else. I placed an order with them this morning and made an error in doing so. I called them with 27 minutes of placing the order. I spoke to a customer service representative and two supervisors. NONE of whom was willing to do anything to help. According to them the order was already shipped (within 27 minutes mind you) and was on it's way to the post office. I find it extremely suspect that they managed to process, pack, and put my one order on a truck that had already left within a matter of 27 minutes. No one was empathetic/sympathetic/even remotely respectful. Yes, it was in fact my error. However...they simply treated me as though I was a complete moron who deserved to never get the shoes she ordered as penance for her stupidity. Never ever ever do business with this company who trains their employees to treat customers like DIRT.

I was frightened after reading all the reviews, still I decided to risk buying from the website because I couldn't find the boots I wanted elsewhere. The boots arrived earlier and they were fine, I wear them every day!

I ordered a pair of boots from this company. It took over two weeks to receive them. They did not fit me properly so I returned them. 5 weeks later, I receive a package from the company - they had returned the boots to me! There were actually two different boots in the box. They claimed that I had returned to them two different boots. If this is the case - I would have been able to correct that (as obviously the same mismatched pair went to another company) but since they did not let me know for 5 weeks, there is not way to track down the other pair. Why would they not contact me by phone or email immediately??? They are refusing to credit my refund, so I am out $160 and have mismatched boots that can't be worn. They have no customer service and I will never buy from them again!!!

i ordered a pair of rain boots on a Tuesday at 11am that i needed by Saturday so i paid 1/3 of the cost of the shoes($25) to get it there " delivered within 1-3 business days". I received my tracking info 2 days later saying it was barely shipping and would receive it on Monday. I called them to complain why it took so long to ship when the website clearly says "delivered in 1-3 days" but they basically brushed me off and just rudly said " well we need some time to process". i told them that most sites will say some sort of disclaimer saying something like " please allow X amount of days for processing" because if not as a consumer i am going to assume i am getting it as it is clearly stated on their website. They give no mention of how long they will have it, just that it will be delivered in 1-3 days. I got no where with the call and tried to email the customer service. After explaining the whole thing again i got a short response just saying that "we do not count the processing and shipping day so monday is the 3rd business day". Well excuse me rude lady. When i pay $25 for a delivery which is normally an overnight in any other trusted and profitable business, i expect to receive my package when your site clearly states. The least they could of done is refunded me my expedited shipping cost seeing as thought they do free shipping for other orders. I am so upset with their customer service!!!. i will write a review wherever i can so that people are more aware of what a horrible company they are. I will stick to my Amazon from now on, they know how to treat a customer and obviously they are doing pretty well. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

I wish I could leave 0 stars but I had to pick at least 1. This company has the worst customer service issues. I placed an order that was cancelled without notification. When I called to find out what happened they said their system had errors that weekend and would replace the order with expedited shipping at no cost. I was fine with this. A few days later I called to follow up on the order and one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to answered. I found out the representative beforehand did not expedite the shipping and it would be a few more days. When I told that rude representative I was speaking with that waiting 2 weeks on this order (that had been wrongly cancelled and then re-ordered with expedited shipping) was way too long she informed me that she disagreed and that's not how she 'saw it in her book' and then HUNG UP on me. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

Ordered item Sunday night approximately 9:00pm. Received email immediately that order was received. Before 9:00am the following morning I wanted to cancel the order. Was told that item was already in shipping mode. That was that, nothing they could do about it. Waited all day to get shipping conformation via email. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. 24 hours later still nothing. So I tried calling again to cancel and was told the same thing about its status being shipped. AND they called me out on trying to do this earlier and already been told "no". I explained I hadn't received any shipping info so maybe there was a chance. First person gave me supervisor who did nothing and said an email with tracking info is only available upon request! But then said an email was sent with shipping info. (Even though I never requested one) and that she was requesting another email be sent. This one I received shortly after conversation. So my advice to you is only order from this company if you're sure you want the item. Please don't change your mind after. Now I have to deal with returns. Can't wait to see how that goes.

I ordered shoes from this company in October for a Christmas gift. Apparently they were back-ordered although I was not notified. I emailed the company three different times and they only told me that the item had not shipped. Today I called them and told them that I was moving and was concerned about the ship date. They told me the only thing they could do was cancel the order and reorder it if I needed to change my shipping address. While trying to figure out my options, the SUPERVISOR took it upon herself to CANCEL my order without my authorization. When I told her that I did NOT authorize the cancellation of the order, she told me that I did...and was very rude. When I asked about reordering the shoes, she said I lost my spot in the back-order line and that I would not receive the shoes until January. I called back to speak with another manager who basically told me the same thing and offered me 10% off for the hassle.
