I bought shoes from shoe mall and though I liked them they were too large so I tried to return them. Unfortunately a prepaid return slip was not included like the company had said, so I contacted customer service. The first response was not very helpful. The rep told me that since I used paypal a prepaid slip was not included and I would have to pay to ship it back myself. Shipping myself cost $12 when the prepaid slip cost $6.95. Obviously I would want the prepaid route. I told them this and the next customer service member apologized for the inconvenience and gave me the prepaid slip. I was very pleased with the second member but not the first, hence the 4 stars. Overall good experience though.

I was very skeptical first buying from this company because of all of the bad reviews, but the more I read I figured out the bad reviews came from returning. If you know the size you need for the sure, and you know you aren't going to change your mind, Shoemall is a great place to buy it!!! I was so impressed with the free shipping that was convient to me and made it to my house in a fast manner -less than a week!! My shoes came in perfect condition and I got them way cheaper than I would have at a department store. I would recommend shoemall 100%!!

I will never order from this company again. I have been waiting on a refundto get credited to my account for 6 weeks!!! They have had the shoes and are telling me it take 5-7 weeks for a return... SERIOUSLY!?!?!?

I bought a clog after 2 day I recievid email that it's out of stock I called the customer service the lady was rued and hangout so I have to call again and ask for a supervisor after waiting she said they're out stock and they can't do nothing not even offering to get other pair for the same price. Bad management Overall it's was my first and last

Had problems finding Reebok BB4500 shoes in 13 medium. Found them after a years on ShoeMall. Seen a few less than good reviews on the company. Took a chance and ordered. Less than 24 hours they had a email saying they were shipping them. I could track the order 24 hours later. Being I ordered on a Thursday and the Memorial Day holiday weekend was coming up they got here in less than 7 days. Pick them up. Right shoe. Right color. Right size. ShoeMall is A1 in my book.

I returned and item and after a week, noticed that the USPS had not updated any shipping other than receipt of the item, usually a VERY bad sign. I contacted SHOEMALL and they gave me the boilerplate response 2-3 weeks to process. REALLY? How can Zappos get my items to me frequently overnight and post returns just as quickly, for no charge? I will never order from SHOEMALL again. It is not worth the trouble.

I ordered boots in the size I normally wear. Having recieved them, they were too small to fit over my foot. Upon trying to return them, I had to PAY 17.00 non refundable fee. That means I paid 17.00 for nothing at all. I have no boots, and am out the money. That policy is not customer friendly. I will not order from them again. I would not even give them one star, but I had to in order to write this review. They know items will be returned and it makes sense to make customers feel respected, if you want good reviews and better ratings. I should have read others reviews and took them seriously, but as is human, I thought , 'I don't think I will have a problem' Well, I did and am 17 dollars poorer with no boots.
