I would like to start by saying that this cannot be called a company. Please, don't even think about using this company for the sake of your peace of mind and sanity. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company, not just shipping companies. For three weeks, I begged them daily to split a shipment containing five devices into five separate shipments so that I could ship them. Three continuous weeks of blatant lies and broken promises. It is extremely insulting to any customer to be lied to daily like this. On the first two days, I told them that if the shipments were going to be delayed, they should inform me so that I could make other arrangements because I had a specific deadline to receive these devices. But due to their continuous lies and deception, the shipment was delayed, and I ended up losing a significant amount of money. It was a horrifying experience of failure, lies, and psychological pressure, an experience I would only wish on my worst enemies. I seriously believe that most of the reviews on this company's website are fake and written by them. Some of the older reviews support this suspicion. Also, another issue arose today, the day I am writing this review. My bank card, which I used on their website, was stolen and used today. This card was rarely used, so while I cannot be certain that the leak and theft happened through them, it is highly likely because their card usage system on the website is very strange and not secure at all.
