ShipToBoxReviews of shiptobox.com

The agent(Hossam) is very friendly and helpful. He patiently guided me through every step. Highly recommended.

Ship to Box made shipping MacBooks from the US to Kuwait completely painless. I used their tax-free state pincode for the US forwarding address, which saved me a significant chunk on sales tax right off the bat — a real difference when you're buying Apple products. My packages arrived at their warehouse quickly, and their team handled the international forwarding to Kuwait smoothly from there. What stood out most was the reliability. The MacBooks were packed and protected properly, arrived in perfect condition, and the whole process was transparent — I always knew where my shipment was. Communication was responsive whenever I had a question, and the pricing was fair with no surprise fees at the end. If you're in Kuwait (or anywhere in the GCC) and want to buy from US stores without overpaying on tax or worrying about whether your electronics will make it safely, Ship to Box is the way to go. Highly recommended — I'll definitely be using them again for future purchases. Mohamed Sisi, was responsive and also gave a discount, plus added some amount as a starting bonus. A 5 star experience.

Excellent experience with ShipToBox. Adam guided me through the entire registration and KYC process, clearly explained all the services, and even helped me sort out a technical issue that was entirely my own fault, all with patience and professionalism. The support made everything simple and stress-free. Highly recommend. Looking forward to using the service.

The repacking service itself works, but the customer service and pricing transparency aren’t great. I constantly felt like I had to pry just to get basic information, like finding out my invoice included a $60 'remote area' fee that wasn't clearly broken down. Another issue was the support. They were the ones who offered me a discount, but then they ignored my messages for hours when I asked them to actually apply it. When they finally replied, the grand 'discount' was a measly $5.
