Pick up was on 9/3 and shipped to a…
Pick up was on 9/3 and shipped to a warehouse in Montreal to arrive on 9/6. Ship did not leave until 9/17 - not good that our baggage sat for so long before moved to the ship. I called your office prior to debarkation and was told to place labels on our 3 bags, which we did, and leave them in our room for pickup from your people. You sent an subcontractor (NOT GOOD) to pick them up and he was clueless as to how to go about it. We fortunately had trackers on our bags and he eventually found them.

Mr. and Mrs. Switzer, Good morning, and thank you for reviewing your recent Ship&Play experience. We are pleased your shipments arrived on time on both legs of your round-trip cruise booking. However, we apologize if there was any confusion regarding the embark and debark process. For embark, shipments may arrive ahead of schedule, but they are delivered directly to a partnered port agent who stores the bags, then moves the bags onto your ship on your embark date. This is our standard process, and it ensures your bags are on board when you embark. For debark, we sent you instructions one week prior that explained how the process would work, including the name of the courier collecting your bags, their phone number, and where you would meet them upon debarkation. We apologize if these instructions were unclear, and we would be happy to discuss this further with you. A manager will contact you directly to better understand your experience, as feedback like this is important to us as we continue to improve the customer experience. Highly recommend
Online scheduling was easy. Pickup by FedEx was easy. I tracked my bag every day and watched its progress and verified it arrived and stayed at the warehouse address. We next saw our bag on the cruise ship. I would highly recommend this service. I wish we had scheduled a pickup for the return trip! Thank you.

Travel without dragging luggage!
Ship&Play made traveling, especially long trips, so much easier. Our luggage arrived on time to our destination and back to our home. This is a must service to consider using for the Boomer generation. We were pleased.
