The package actually arrived early and in perfect condition

Had a wedding in the mountains outside Noto, Sicily. Staying in Italy another 2 weeks, sent the “wedding bag” home to US. Because of customs’ requirements, u cannot lock your luggage. That made me nervous but ShipPlay texted me every step during the whole customs process. My bag actually arrived 4 days early. There are real people, not bots, answering your questions. But the best part was that the husband had no complaints; “wow, we used the golf club shippers.”

Having phone calls answered promptly, having all question answered was SO important. Luggage was packed up on time and as promised and was delivered early. Highly recommend your service!

On our last trip, we were in two different weather climates. It was great to be able to send clothes ahead and then on our return send them home. The process was great and we will do it again.

I felt that our luggage was picked up prematurely as it had arrived at destination, 2 1/2 weeks to sit prior to our sailing. In addition, we shipped two brand new Osprey soft side bags and when they arrived, they were filthy dirty unfortunately. Also, since they were shipped from Canada, I feel one should be able to pay in the currency of origin, in this case, Canadian dollars
