Great service. Suitcase was delivered to our cabin. Could not be happier with the service.

We paid a bit extra for faster shipping. We expected our suitcase to arrive at home on a Friday. It was delivered 2 days earlier than the estimated date. What a pleasant surprise.

Since we knew our arrival back home to VA from Barcelona would be delayed, we had our 4 bags shipped to our son’s home. We just picked them up a few days ago & now have unpacked everything. The Fed Ex delivery to our son’s home was fast & efficient ~ 3 days! The bags arrived in good shape so all in all we were very pleased with Ship & Play! A wonderful service! The 2 company reps onboard for a few days prior to disembarkation, were very helpful in answering questions and making sure our bags were properly tagged.

We didn't have to drag our suitcases through customs, Ship & Play already had them. Only complaint is the bag tracking could have been better. One of our bags had the apple tracker inside and gave better up to date info than the App.

There was a delay in pickup, but they finally got a driver to come around 7:00 pm instead of the earlier window they gave me. They worked very hard to make sure they picked it up that day, which I appreciate. At the end of the cruise, it was easy to find the agent to give our bags to. As for delivery, the driver pulled up to the curb with our bags at the same time we arrived home from our trip, so that was nice. Unfortunately, while we were inside putting down our carry-on bags, he left three bags instead of just our two. The third bag didn't have a FedEx label on it, but it did have a person's ID card taped to the side, so I called the number and they then called Ship & Play and they had a courier come back that evening to get the bag to ship it to the right people. Although it would have been great to not have any glitches, Ship & Play handled the glitches quickly and professionally. We have used both Ship & Play and Luggage Forward, and I would not hesitate to use either service again.

We used Ship&Play to have two large pieces of luggage shipped from our home in Texas to our hotel in Tokyo, Japan. Everything went very smooth. Our luggage was waiting for us when we arrived at the hotel. This is a true luxury service that is exceptional.
