For future reference, all Ship Sticks shipments are sent with no signature required and can arrive ahead of schedule. If early delivery might pose an issue for an upcoming trip, we recommend one of the following alternatives: - Ship to a local FedEx store, where most locations will hold shipments for pickup up to five business days (a small holding fee may apply, so it's best to confirm with the store in advance) - Ship to a friend, family member, neighbor, or rental office, if applicable - Ship to the first course you are playing, if applicable We are glad a property manager was able to assist in holding your bag in this instance, but we apologize if this information was not clear during your booking process.
