Our bags delivered a day early which was great. I would have given five stars but it was challenging to not be able to ship toiletries. My bags also arrived extra dirty.

On time no hassle

We had scheduled a pick up at our home, but the driver for some reason did not show up. We called Ship & Play and they shipped our luggage faster with no additional cost. Our Luggage arrived two days later. We were very happy with their service.

The worst service ever. They give you an 8 hour pick up window. If you want an exact time they charge you an extra $100. The company’s response below says they offer packaging for that price - I was not offered that when the option was presented. In fact, they were closing and the agent that assisted me was audible sighing and rushing me off the phone trying to force me to make a decision. My pick up was from a hotel. There was no designated shipping area. I had valuables in my suitcase and wanted more certainty that it would be collected, so I ended up having to go to FedEx myself to drop off. You also have to affix the label in a particular way with a luggage shipping tag that they only have at FedEx anyways - no one has those supplies on hand. They say not to affix the label to the side or top of the suitcase… Total waste of money could’ve just shipped through FedEx myself for all the hassle….absolutely nothing convenient about the service. And my suitcase arrived really dirty.
