Perfect door to door service. Always on time or early!

My family had a completely 5-star experience with Ship & Play. We shipped 7 bags from the U.S. to Italy and everything arrived in a timely manner. The best part was the Ship & Play concierge who was with us every step of the way and very responsive to questions (via text and phone). We highly recommend Ship & Play for all shipping needs and especially for any international moves. Our bags arrived on time and in great shape!

The day after our bags were picked up and on their way to Vancouver, our family had a medical emergency that forced us to cancel our trip. I contacted Ship&Play and let them know the situation. They flagged our bags and had them rerouted back home without any issues. This service is a bit pricey, but well worth the cost. Their communication is excellent and they keep you posted throughout.

Easy! No issues with pick-up or drop-off.

Suitcase was damaged on outbound trip, telescopic handle was broken and handle would not move. Was not found until return trip as it was delivered to our cabin and on the bed. Only after packing for the return shipment was it discovered. Told Frank who picked it up about it. Wrote to Customer support with photos but nobody ever responded. Tried filling out the online claim form but it would not let me attach photos. Finally called and was told the form I had used did not work!! She sent me another but I had no details about the suitcase as it is not available any more. It has been on many flights overseas and has never been damaged.Could not complete the form without that info and since it was the last day I could send it, I have up in frustration. We had planned on using your service for two booked vacations, but your poor customer support days it all!! Will not recommend you and have advised Azamara since they referred you.

This is the first time using this service but not the last!! So easy and anxious to see if the suitcase is in my suite when I get aboard. You make it so easy!!
