I've never left a trustpilot review before, but I wanted to speak out because I've had nothing but great service from this company, especially when it comes to their customer service. They are very helpful with knowledgeable answers and FAST to reply. This applies to everyone that I've talked to, including Andrea, Carina and Bela. Great experience and highly recommended. Cheers! J

Absolutely horrible start to their service. Without my permission and while everything was marked as ON HOLD in their system they shipped some orders, which caused a lot of issues with another warehouse/Shopify sending out cancelled tracking numbers. Later the customer service basically ignored me for 2 days. The situation still hasn't been solved 3 days later. edit; ShipHero makes it very easy to fulfill orders. Sometimes there are issues and the customer support was a bit of a hit or miss at the beginning but now everything is going much much smoother. The chihuahua with a wig is extremely helpful too and gets stuff solved quickly and efficiently.

Trust me, just use ShipHero. I've tried others, including ShipBob, and ShipHero is by far the best 3PL out there. Super easy integration, everything just works. The support team is amazing, they handle every crazy request, anything that could possibly come up, they handle it immediately. Have never had any serious issues, and if there have ever been bumps, they resolve it immediately. Highly recommended, 10/10, really good service.
