Unfortunately, Fed Ex delivered my son’s trunk to the wrong address. Luckily the individual was kind enough to text me that it got delivered to them and I was able to retrieve it. Very sloppy on fed ex’s part as the address was correct on the shipping label and the luggage tag

The emails updates about when trunks get picked up and emails confirming deliveries. That makes a difference. Also giving options of dates for pick up that’s great and better for Han be given an assigned date.
