Ship Auto Now LLCReviews of shipautonow.com

Brad Williams provided excellent car transport services. Professional, timely, and great communication throughout the process. Highly recommend

At first I was nervous and skeptical because I’ve never had a service like this done, it was a last minute ship, and I was unsure of the process, how Michael Woods was amazing, always kept me in the loop, even found me a driver after the 1st one cancelled, I will definitely be doing business with Then again. Trust the process, Michael will get you what you need in the time frame that was agreed upon for the price!

Do not do business with this clown show of a company..threw out low price only to almost triple it to get vehicle picked up...then threatened to hold vehicle in storage until paying cancelation fee...unbelievablly poor business procedures...read the pattern with BBB and it will confirm my exact description of what occured

SCAMMERS!!!! They try to get your card information first!!!! Then they charge you twice more than in the original agreement! On the phone try to be nice, but when you refuse pay more than in the agreement the manager becomes furious! 😡 NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM!!!!

WORST EVER SHIPPER. SCAMMER. DOES NOT HONOR TIME or COMMiTMENT. OVEr CHARGES. ONCE IN CONTROL. IMPERSONATES WITH FAKE ACCENT. HE. IS INDIAN FROM INDIA CALLING HIMSELF PATRICK SIDE. SWINDLED ME. Somebody ought. To shut him and his business down.

They were prompt on the reply offered a decent price. And the vehicle arrived this morning in excellent shape. The driver was courteous and professional. I'd glady use them again

I contacted Ship Auto Now on a last minute basis because I had been waiting over a week for MOVER JET Logistics and every day my cars were being picked up and every day no carrier and different stories. SHIP AUTO NOW LLC had a driver within an hour. NO GAMES! Matt didn't ask for the $100 down payment until he had the driver. They picked up that same evening. Now just have to wait for the carrier and see how that goes. At least my cars are en route from Florida to Jersey. Thank you Matt for your prompt help. Mgiannini

Rebecca was very helpful and knowledgeable. She kept me updated. I rate her a 5. My first delivery man had issues with his truck. And she got right on to schedule me another driver.
