Absolutely the worst company to deal with. Do not use them. Delay after delay. Price changes to nearly double the quote!! Extremely poor communication.

I am extremely disappointed with our experience with this company and ARE PURSUING SMALL CLAIMS COURT. We booked their services under clear contractual terms, but they completely failed to deliver on their commitments.  - Failed Delivery & Poor Communication: They missed our scheduled pickup entirely and provided terrible communication throughout. Instead of taking responsibility, they attempted to blame their own internal transport availability issues.  - Post-Contract Price Hikes: After the agreement was finalized, they attempted to unilaterally increase the price rather than honoring the original contract terms.  - Pattern of Scam Behavior: Upon looking into their business further, it became clear that this operates like a scam and is a consistent pattern of behavior for them.  Because of their failure to meet the contract, we had to make alternative arrangements. They have refused to refund our $250 deposit, leaving us with no choice but to pursue a case in small claims court, file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and post honest accounts of our experience across review platforms. Save yourself the time, money, and hassle. DO NOT do business with them.

Once again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! They lied to me for over 10 days, promising to pick up my car " the next day". They never picked it up. I hired a new hauler who actually did pick it up the next day. ShipAuto continued to harass me by phone and text. These are some sleazy, cheating individuals. I hope this review saves somebody from the misery and expense I suffered by getting involved with this "criminal" enterprise!

Very disappointing experience. The price I was quoted and confirmed was increased by 118% on the day of pickup. I was then told that if I didn’t accept the new price, I would be charged a $200 cancellation fee. Changing the price at the last minute put me in an extremely difficult position. I would not recommend Ship Auto Now based on my experience.SCAM

I was told my car would be picked up Saturday morning. It never was. I called and was then told Saturday afternoon. It never was. I called back Monday for an update, after I was told it would be picked up that morning. It never was. I never get calls back and still my car hasn't been picked up. I DO NOT recommend this freight company. Terrible service and No communication. Highly unprofessional.

Ship auto now. Quoted me a price to ship my car. After a week my car has not been picked up . Matt called and now wants way more money than the contract calls for. Very unprofessional, can't speek English very good and they already have a deposit. They told me to find another carrier. I would like to get my deposit back. And I'll find another carrier. I will never recommend these people to anyone.

This company is terrible. Unbeknownst to me, they are a third-party broker who over promises and under delivers. They utilize a bait-and-switch tactic to lure in clients, promising to ship your vehicle by a certain date only to advise you after the fact that no drivers are available but for double the price, they will find a driver. I requested to cancel the job and they refuse to let me cancel. Do not do business with these jokers.

Negative Star Rating. Beware of this broker transport company. Deceptive business practices. Provided an attractive quote to get your business, then when it is time to sign the contract the actual price is significantly higher. I agreed to the higher price as long as they guaranteed delivery by a specific date and time. They even modified the contract to confirm delivery date instead of an estimated delivery date. Carrier managed to pickup vehicle within 2 hours of signing the contract. Unfortunately Ship Auto Now LLC and their carrier failed to deliver on the guaranteed delivery date. The vehicle showed up 3 days after it was suppose to be delivered. Ship Auto Now (the broker) blamed carrier. Carrier blamed broker. Received a series of excuses and lies from both. Broker nor carrier made any attempt to rectify the broken contract agreement. Btw the driving time between pick up and delivery drop off is 8 hours and this transport took 4 days to get there. The lies - the lies claiming the carrier was at our drop off location - and then “oops” the carrier claimed to have entered the wrong address in the gps. They stated it would take a bit to get to the delivery destination were even though they claimed to be at the wrong address in the same city. 8 hours later when they still haven’t made their way across town….wouldn’t you know it, the carrier- got a flat tire which required them to remove the fender. Claiming repairs would take several hours. The excuses were endless. These are the excuses we heard over the course of four days. Broker took zero responsibility. They got their $100 payment for securing the carrier at the time the contract was signed. The remaining balance, I was required to pay the carrier. This broker clearly does not vet the carriers they work with. This broker lacks any responsibility once the vehicle is loaded on the truck. Keep in mind, your contract is with the broker - not the carrier. My experience with Ship Auto Now. Untrustworthy. Deceptive. Unethical. Think twice before doing business this company.
