This was the easiest thing I had to do with the car purchase. Rick kept me in constant contact with updates as to when the car would be picked up and delivered. The driver was great, he texted me several times along the trip to my house. He gave me a time he would be here and showed up exactly on time. I was so impressed and would contact these guys again toe haul deliver my car.

Rick did a great job with helping me move my vehicle from Texas to NH. Vehicle arrived before schedule which was nice. If I ever need my vehicle moved again I will definitely reach back out.

Shipping a car can be stressful but Michael Woods helped me and worked hard to find a price and driver within my budget. Although my budget restraints forced me to be more flexible with the pickup date, Michael kept up good communication with me and advocated for my needs with the driver company. Ship Auto Now was my second choice company after another company (Neptune) were being dishonest and untrustworthy with me. Car got shipped pretty fast and was delivered safely. Although there are definitely improvements that need to be made, I will choose Ship Auto moving forward because of the reasonable price.

This has to be worst experience l’ve had in dealing with a service that can’t their Commitment to there customer. Charge a $200 fee for them failing to honor the agreement to pickup the vehicle or to call me or the dealership it wasn’t come, the reason was even worst had phone service issue, hell email, borrow another person phone. Bottom line, I should have read the reviews first. Lessons learned, karma will catch up to this company.

This is the worst shipping company I ever delt with first I sign a contract for 350.00, from Chambersburg pa to trenton nj 2.5 hr sounds like a great price so I sign contract. Then they do a bait and switch the truck broke down can't pick till Monday and buy the way price wend up to 500.00 do not use these people, I said I have a contract for 350, then I said cancel pick up they said it's 200 to get out of contract, funny how the contract only works for them. They should be put in jail for the way they do businesses.
