Jason and Ship a Car Direct could not have made things easier for me. The online video tutorials were very helpful and I had the ability to watch (and re-watch, if needed) the videos when I wanted to. Jason and the Ship a Car Direct team was very prompt to respond if I had any questions or concerns. I received timely updates via e-mail and phone messages prompting action when necessary. It's not every day that I ship a car across the country, so I had a number of questions. Jason and team were understanding and patient with my inquiries – walking me through the process and explaining the complexities so that I could understand. Expectations were set and met - I understood where we were in the process throughout the event. The scheduled pick up and drop offs were on time and I received phone calls to let me know the status as the dates/times were getting close. I would use Ship a Car Direct again – they understand the model and approach and they get the job done as promised. The price is fair and the people are honest and knowledgeable.

I had ship a car direct ship my car form North Carolina to Louisiana. The car was dispatched the same day I contacted them. It was picked up the day after I made it available and it was delivered the day after that. I have used Ship A Car direct 3 times now to transport my car and each time have had a good experience.

Big thank you to Gaby at ship a car direct. I had to ship my daughters car from the SF bay area to Virginia. She is in college out there. I needed the car to be there when she got there and I was very anxious. Gaby was so very patient with me. She was always there to re assure me. I must have called 10 or more times. Every thing went exactly as planned, without a hitch. The car was picked up by a very kind driver and delivered just as planned. I could not be happier. The transport was easy, efficient and professional in all respects. The car arrived on time, with a call on prior day to notify of delivery and time. With the exception of a few dead bugs on the windshield it arrived as it left, in great shape. The driver was courteous and appeared to be very knowledgeable with regard to loading/unloading the car onto the transport vehicle. We were working on a tight schedule for pick up and delivery, and he managed to accommodate that precisely.
