I shipped a car from VA to Las Vegas using this company. The experience was awesome. The customer manager constantly checked in with me to provide timeline updates. The damage center reminded me to use their app to capture photos of the car before shipping. The app was very intuitive and easy to use. The driver showed up exactly when he said he would. Car was delivered on the day I requested. Not a scratch on it. It was a great experience all the way.

I needed to ship my car from Naples Florida to my son in Rhode Island. I called Ship-a-Car Direct. One short call and within minutes I had a n estimate. I replied that I accepted the estimate and in hours I got a call from the shipper assigned. He gave me a date and time window for pick-up and a two day window when delivery would occur. Meanwhile I received an email with an easy to use photo app to document the condition of my car. The driver arrived within the agreed window and the car was delivered within the agreed window in good shape. A fair price, an easy process and commitments fulfilled.... it doesn’t get any better than that!
