I had an excellent experience with Ship A Car Direct and Scott who was my contact. Their price was nearly double what I was quoted by some competitors, so I definitely hesitated at first. In the end, I’m glad I chose them. The communication was excellent, the process was straightforward, and most importantly, my vehicle was handled professionally and delivered as promised. With something as valuable as a car, I learned that the cheapest quote isn’t necessarily the best value. Ship A Car Direct may not be the least expensive option, but in my experience, the professionalism, reliability, communication, and peace of mind made the additional cost worthwhile. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone who wants their vehicle transport handled properly from start to finish. They have my highest recommendation without reservation !

Excellent communication from notional planning several months out to pickup and delivery. I felt like Ship-A-Car was on top of my move, understood my predicament and worked hard to get me a reliable operator to get my car from coast-to-coast.

Matt made the process really simple and reassured me every step of the way. A competitor had tried to charge me well over their reported quote and Matt was able to make things right and still meet my timelines exactly.

You could offer me the same quality of delivery (flawless and perfect, exactly within my time frame and not a speck of damage) for 1/2 the price that Matt & Ship A Car Direct Did. I would STILL choose Matt. If I EVER have to ship my car again, I'm going right back to Ship A Car Direct, and you'd be crazy not to. Just beyond flawless, and Matt is a gem of a person to figure things out with. Wonderful person.

Huge thanks to Ship a Car Direct for moving our car across states and doing a perfect job yet again. 'Yet again' because I first used them 13 years ago when we moved from CA to NY and had a perfect experience then too. I searched back through my email last month when it was time to move again in case they were still around and thankfully they were still there and so was Matt. Still the same Matt, excellent communication, he found me a quality transport team and helped get us the pick up and drop times + locations that worked.
