They stole $1000.00 from me. I Installed a 10X14 supposedly galvanized shed that bent up in a wind storm. I chose this company since they are from MA and should have products sold for outside use, that conform. Well, this one didn't. I filed a claim under the warranty and they gave me some bull about the foundation, which is the only thing still in tack. There isn't any way of communicating with the warranty dept. except by email, and customer service even told me they don't replace their products. Unbelievable! Choose another company that stands by its products. PS- My product was properly anchored and the act of God thing is an excuse to avoid a legal warranty. The product is supposed to be tolerant of outside conditions. Buyer Beware! If you have a problem, they will not assist, even when the product is under warranty.

My 10 x 20 x 8 round top shed was purchased on March 27th, 2021 and professionally installed in May of that year. It developed a rip that was about 12 in. long a little more than a week ago. I contacted the manufacturer to find out what product they recommended to make a repair but heard nothing for more than a week. I then went out and purchased some tape that I thought would seal the rip. When I went out to apply the tape today, I discovered that the entire roof was now destroyed. Very disappointed - product did not even survive for two years. Update: Subsequent to submitting my initial review, I was informed that the cover for my shed was the lightest material ShelterLogic sells and it was guaranteed for only one year. I did not know that when I purchased the product and guess I was lucky that it lasted almost two. Once I was advised there were optional covers, I purchased an Ultra cover which is the heaviest Shelter Logic sells and is guaranteed for much longer. Hopefully, I'll have more luck with the new cover.

We were informed today as one of their retailers that Counterfeit product had gotten into Legitimate channels of supply. I have no idea how in the world this would happen. We have been trying all day to get more information that they have gone quiet. I would stay away. Buyer beware!!!

Placed an order for a replacement cover but never received it or any communication regarding shipment. Total scam.

Update: shelterlogic claims, "acts of nature are not covered under warranty" so wind is an act of nature? As most subpar companies shelterlogic looks for excuses to void the warranty. I had no problems with snow, it was kept well cleaned off! The canvas tore in normal everyday wind. I purchased this item new, put it up and it didn't last 6 months. The first snowfall we had, (about 2 inches) the pipes collapsed. I am very good at keeping it cleaned off. I even put it up under trees so they would get the worst of the weather. The company boosts a year warranty but wouldn't honor it. They stated weather is not a covered item. I asked the gentleman if I should have erected this inside a building. He basically told me they are designed to put up and take down whenever the weather gets bad. I couldn't stop laughing myself. I would seriously suggest you shop somewhere else unless you are one that likes to just throw money away.

Very disappointed, very poor quality,very difficult to assemble,I bought it in May and it already has Rust and Corrosion all over,the warranty was supposed to cover it for 12 years and they are giving excuses about it

Purchased the rounded top portable garage. Just over a year later, the entire top starts splitting and tearing. Within a few weeks after it started, the entire top is now wide open and worthless. Don't waste your money on these! The company does not stand behind the product.
