The quality control of the metal parts does not exist. I live on an island in rural Alaska and obtained a Garage in a Box through the nearest Home Depot 120 miles away. The unit had to be shipped by barge to my location, for which I pay. The metal frame of the unit has so mant metals burrs left inside from the drilling of the holes, that the pieces do not fit together. I will have to spend many hours trying to deburr all of the joints just so I can put this together. I called customer service and find out there have been other complaints of this happening. I cannot exchange the item by just running to the neasest Home Depot. I am really PO'd about the poor quality with winter coming and needing this product. I would give it zero stars.

Be forewarned if considering purchasing a ShelterLogic product, they are not built to last. The canvas cover of my ShelterLogic garage completely ripped apart at the apex just over a year after buying it. And, as coincidence would have it, ShelterLogic's warranty is just one year. So, when purchasing a ShelterLogic product, you would be wise to factor in the cost of a new canvas cover in the purchase price since you will have to buy one just over a year later.

I have been trying to get new screens (part # P-MGEN14-B18) for my gazebo since March. The company dragged me along making me think they were going to get some in, but the date kept moving. Then after leaving a review on FB they asked for information and then proceeded to ignore me and not respond. Edit: Thanks for the response, interesting that I can get a response on a public ratings site, but Shelterlogic won't respond to my emails. I guess it's only important if it is publicly embarrassing to them.

UPDATED 08/08/2023: My advice, don't waste your money! There is much I could say that could be improved but I will stick to the high points. I have assembled many items and designed and build many of my own. I have a better than average mechanical aptitude. The directions are terrible! One major issue is the spec for the overall width at the openings is much wider than what is called out on their own advertisement. The quality of the frame is substandard to say the very least. The holes punched in the tubes are full of burrs so they will not go together without a great deal of hand filing first. Some of the holes are not properly indexed/clocked on the tubes to the degree I had to drill 4 new holes to get a bolt through. The tubing for the frame is not bent correctly. Because of the poor hole indexing/ clocking, and improperly bent tubes, all of the arch assemblies are not aligned well. As a result, when the frame once assembled it is not symmetrical and is a giant spring. This required fabrication of two wooden fixtures to hold the ends open to 13'2" (specified in the instructions) and driving stakes into the ground and applying ratchet straps to the frame in order to square the frame and anchor it. The spec online is a different dimension all together. None the less, the frame is still a giant spring because the tubing is incorrectly bent. The triangular feet at the ends of the other arche ends are inconstantly indexed in the same position relative to the cross bolt that holds them to the upper tubes. That said, the anchor holes in them are oriented/ clocked in whatever direction they end up making anchoring inside the shelter very difficult to impossible in some cases. We can't finish assembling it with the cover because the frame is disaster. Anthony was as helpful as he could be. Shelter Logic sent a replacement garage kit and it has the same problem as the first one, a frame with improperly bent tubing. Tractor Supply won't refund our money because it is past 30 days since we purchased it. So, we are screwed out of a large sum of money with a defective, unusable garage enclosure. My advise, RUN from Shelter Logic and DON'T BUY ONE!!!

I purchased the Organic Greenhouse from a local retailer. When trying to put the greenhouse together, I found they gave me an extra brace of one kind and shorted me another. I emailed them twice so far trying to get the piece that’s missing and they refuse to contact me back. I was able to go back to the store and asked the store for the bracket I needed so I could finish my greenhouse. The company says someone will be in contact with you within 24 hours. It’s been one month and they still haven’t emailed me back. I’ve also left voice mails with no reply. I will not recommend nor will I purchase another product from them. This company just wants your money and won’t back up their products.

Purchased a 14' x 16' $2K plus steel shed which took for every to get because their website still did not show this shed. Then when I received it their was fork lift damage and still weeks later not answer after leaving a email about it. Would not recommend this company when purchasing a shed.

My green house a 10x10x8 bent and blew away. Ruined. Didn’t last long :(

My greenhouse I bought off Amazon broke. Customer service was of no help and said to send it back. Amazon doesn’t do returns after 30 days. Screwed.
