I had a question about anchoring my Arrow shed so I went to there website and sent a email, not knowing if I would get a response or how long it would take them to respond. Surprisingly I got a response in just within the first hour or two from Laura Miller and was very helpful and professional, thanks.....

I purchased Arrow 20 x 20 carport w/2' leg extensions + enclosure + Highwind auxiliary anchor kit. I live in Leadville. Customer service has been fantastic since day one. Odd issues have been handled without delay. I could not ask for better customer service, and my CSR Patsy P. was fantastic!

I have had the shed for 7 years. One anchor leg rusted out. They replaced it at no charge. What great customer support Definitely recommend shelter logic.

I had an issue with my shelter cover. I spoke with Kim Nelson at customer service. She was the bomb. She addressed my concern and fixed my issue. It seem as though not may companies care about customer service anymore, and they can really care less about sourcing that customer service in the US. Shelterlogic and Kim were the best.

Ordered parts and was done very efficiently and cost more than reasonable.

Arelis was easy to work with. She made my life a lot better with her knowledge in how to fix my issue. She's a keeper.

I would like to compliment your company on your customer service. I emailed the company on 2/23/23 for information on a particular size carport-like structure and on 2/24/23 I received a reply from customer service rep Laura Miller. Unfortunately you don't make a cover the size that we need, but I was so impressed with Ms. Miller's prompt response and felt that she should be commended for her excellent customer service. Thank you, Bobbie Askin

Bought the Barn, 24x12, with upgraded PVC cover. Took about 5 hours with 2 guys to set up. Well made and has plenty of space for storage. We shall see if it can hold up to a michigan winter, but I believe it will. Bought directly from ShelterLogic.com. they were easy to deal with and the shipping was surprisingly fast.
