I just had a chat with "Arelis" about ordering an end panel for our round top. I did not have a part number. Arelis was able to locate a previous order, for the same item, so had the part numbers I needed. Arelis deserves some kuddos.

I recently purchased a 10x10x8 round roof from Shelterlogic by phone and was advised that it would be shipped within the near future. Since I omitted asking for a tracking # I contacted Customer Service and spoke with Rachel S who was most helpful by providing a tracking # . Rachel Advised that the carrier would email me with a delivery date in order for me to make arrangements to be at home on said date. I've ordered a replacement shell in the past from Shelterlogic and the service was impeccable. I have no reason not to expect the same results this time. RP

Laura Miller Your Great Here's a gal that goes straight to the point and the reason why I couldn't find what I needed. Seems sellers/reviewers of their products wont update their sites to reflect an error on their part over what options are or not available. Thanks Laura I've ordered the roof kit!

We’re missing some screws with our 12 x 24 garage shelter. I emailed and received a reply from Laura Miller. They were sending the replacement screws to us so happy they responded quickly and we can complete the building. Thank you.

My Arrow shed was damaged by a contractor removing a tree from our property. I sent an email and within 30 minutes had a response from Laura Miller letting me know what I needed to do to order replacement parts and how much it would cost. If only all customer service was this prompt and professional!
