Purchased an arrow 12x20 carport 5 years ago and the mice ate the Assembly instructions. Fortunately, the error representative emailed me a fresh electronic version ASAP. Problem solved!

I called Shelterlogic-Arrow sheds today because I needed to order a replacement part for my garden shed. The customer service representative was Lee Ann Stone- she was was exceptionally helpful to me. We discussed the issue, she knew the product well, she helped me get the part that I needed, she processed the transaction efficiently and accurately, and she was very professional, friendly, and courteous. Actually, I realized that she had helped me on a previous occasion (past November) to order some other parts for the shed, and she was awesome on the previous time as well. She is a valuable asset to your company, great job Lee Ann. Overall, I am very happy with my 8' x 8' Arrow shed, Model CLG88SG, it's everything I needed in a shed. I love the Sage Green color too.

I was expecting the typical run around of pushing 1for this, 3 for that, etc. However I only had to do one selection. Bravo Shelterlogic, I was speaking to an actual person!!. Lee Annn was fablous to speak with. I was not able the replacement cover as per the part number I had, Lee Ann was quick to find it, I placed the order directly with her and actually had a good time speaking to her. This is the type of customer service I truly enjoy!! Thank you Lee Ann for the great experience and thank-you ShelterLogic for keeping the meaning of customer service alive!!

Spoke with Rachel Shea. She set me up with everything that I needed to repair one tent with bent tubes and replacement covers for the 2 tents I have. Very helpful and pleasant to talk too.

I wanted II wanted to order a custom shelter but the Canadian website showed there was no stock while the American website showed that there was stock. I sent an email to the company asking when material would be available for a shipment to Canada. Within a-day I received a reply and I was able to purchase the shelter I wanted through a combination of emails and phone calls with the customer service representative. Very helpful person and very friendly. Great experience overall.

great customer service from Arelis today. It has been a chore to order the correct item(Mostly on my part) However, she was patient and understanding, very helpful and I so appreciate that!
