greg listened to my problem and then took the time to help me out. after several tries of listening to what I thought was wrong he figured it out. he also e-mailed a manual just for my shed model no. after looking over the problem on the new pages it now goes together.

First, my call was answered by Lisa almost immediately which is very unusual on most calls to vendors. Lisa was extremely was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Then I emailed her two photos of the storm damaged parts on the 30 year old Arrow building. Second, Lisa responded with the parts required with prices and shipping within an hour or so, again must faster then normally expected. Just starting to figure what to do with my storm-damaged shelter. Described the situation to Lee Ann Stone and she jumped right in to help me with info on all the angles possible. Sent me an owners manual for my old shelter, so I can begin to name and catalog what is damaged and what is not.
