I am very happy with the customer service level received numerous times from shelter logic. The customer service number was fast, efficient and flawless both times I called it. I dealt with Rachel Shea recently and it was a great experience. She provided me with the owners manual I was missing in order to proceed further with re- installing my shelter logic that had been in a box for over 5 years. She was professional, polite, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Ideally it would be great if every business had this level of service and employees

I spoke with Rachel Shea about purchasing a new canopy roof and I did place the order. Rachel was excellent to speak with and very pleasant and friendly. She even answered a couple of questions I had not related to the product. The transaction was completed very efficiently.

We were missing a part for a metal shed and could not go forward with the build. I immediately contacted ShelterLogic through their online missing parts page and received a quick response. Our Customer Service Rep. Laura Miller indicated that it would be shipped right away from the factory. UPS delivered it four days later!
