My rating applies to my experience today with Shelterl’s Customer Service Rep. I have had a Garage in a Box for 8 years. I find the frame to be superb and mixed feelings about the “stock” 7.5oz covers which I’ve replaced twice. I just ordered the 14.5 oz cover, as I’m taking into account the southerly sun and high wind location. The Rep, Rachel, who helped me by listening to my story and many questions was superb. I recently had the pleasure of speaking with John Rogers when I contacted Shelter Logic to discuss a problem with a product I purchased. John was timely, thorough, detail oriented throughout the entirety of our conversation. Most importantly, John solved my problem in the best way possible. John stood by the product and stood for the company's reputation when he offered to replace the damaged product at no charge to me. This was the response I hoped for, but did not expect to receive.
