I purchased a replacement Cover Kit for the AutoShelter RoundTop 10ft.x20ft.x8ft. Ultra Duty PVC 21.5 oz green. It arrived in an open package - with 2 boxes half open and not fitting at all around the replacement cover. For the very high price I paid it should have been packaged properly. It should also have had a copy of the order/bill in it. Also, the cover did not look lik an ultra duty cover. Then it turned out that the cover was much too small. Even stretching it, it did not by far cover the structure. Nor did the end panel fit and the zippered door did not fit the structure either. In addition the steel rod, that needs to go at the bottom of the zippered door, was missing. No instructions were given at all. Especially on how to attach the straps to the rachets. We bought the Roundtop Autoshelter mid 2017. We are already on our 3rd cover replacement. The last replacement cover we purchased in 2021 and it was supposed to last 10 years. It lasted 2 years. We made do with covering the top with tarps. Now we spend the money on a 3rd pricey replacement cover which apparently has a warranty of 15 years. Experience showed that this is not what will happen. Extremely disappointed in ShelterLogic. I know I will not buy from them again.

Built like garbage just bought a new one holes don’t line up feet are crooked so many burrs I can’t get the pipes in and when I do it takes all the paint off. Over all wouldn’t buy another one. Hope you guys can get your quality up. Not impressed my older smaller one is built better then this 12x24x10

Bought the 8 X 8 shelter two years ago . The frame is quality, and strong .... but the shelter material is weak and lacking in durability. I believe if the company went with a thicker quality tarp material , the lifetime use of this shelter would increase dramatically. Since this item didn't last as long as I would have hoped , I would not recommend or ever be buying this product again. This is only a temporary shelter as the tarp material will self destroy in no time at all ..... very disappointed ..... It appears this type of shelter is not made for snow, wind or sun . Not sure if such an area exists !

The time, expense, and aggravation are not worth it for their product. Check warranty information carefully and believe it. Waste of money for me. The response below is a 'pat' reply. My covers were essentially like newspaper with hundreds of holes and splits, especially in places shielded from the weather. Of course, after warranty. The cover and the doors were self-destructing at the same time uniformly. If it was just happening at points riding the frame or sections with the most exposure to the elements, I'd be more understanding, but it was happening to everything simultaneously. After complaining, I received an email from John Rodgers, telling me they would sell me their top-of-the-line cover at a discount. (After spending 5000.00 this is the best they would do.) The pricing wasn't in the email. I asked for further information and never got any response. (So much for 5 Star Customer Service Reviews here.) Read reviews from the last 6 months to get a better feel for their products. THE WEATHER WILL BEAT THESE THINGS TO DEATH! High winds, (any wind), snow, and the sun are not friendly to this product. (I have Tarps from Harbor Freight for 40.00 that are still out in the weather many years longer than this product and in good shape). I should have bought a cheap cover for my boat and parked it somewhere for the winter. I'd be ahead thousands of $$.

Bought a ShelterLogic Auto Shelter Waterproof Instant Car Garage and in March with just 6 in. of snow that will not slide off because of a design problem the snow accumulated and when it slip off it torn the side of the shelter! and the framed bent all the posts! This is ridiculous! Went too web for a warranty but got a nice no because there is no warranty! So think about that before you but that nice piece of Shilter!

I bought a Shelter logic replacement cover for a 12 year old model I had, the old one lasted 12 years no problem. The replacement cover I bought was made in China and they must have cheapen out on the material's as the new one is done after 2.5 years . I contacted the company and here is there response. " I'm sorry, this is not a defect. You purchased a temporary Shelter that has a life span on average of 1-3 years depending on the weather, location of your shelter and other factors

I bought model 62817. It sat in garage for over 5 months in original packaging before I was able to set it up! 12 x 24 instant garage! It only lasted 7 months before the top split completely down the middle! It had several little pinholes all around the top....like you stuck a glowing nail thru it! Never saw anywhere about a 1 year warranty when I purchased it! Starts the day you buy it! A new top is 479 bucks! 200 more buys a whole new building! Junk junk junk. Very poor quality. Warranty is also worthless]! 700 dollar piece of trash! Don't ever buy one!

If I could I would give this 3 negative stars. Colour: Grey Size: 13' x 28' x 10' We bought the 90243 in September 2022 and assembled it right after delivery. This summer we noticed the top was starting to wear thin in many spots, today the top has actual holes. I thought surely it must be under warranty, especially when Shelter logic’s Website says this product Is not a just a simple tarp. We live on Vancouver Island hardly ever get any snow The odd wind storm, but nothing has ever punctured it. So I was literally quite shocked to see that the sun had eaten through. I found my receipt and called shelter logic only to find out that this product has a limited two year warranty. We have a small little boat with a simple tarp bought from Canadian tire that’s a darker colour and we’ve had that tarp on that little boat for 10 years now and it is still good as new. I think we paid 30 bucks for the tarp. we paid $1700 taxes in and I was told, a replacement cover in the “ heavy duty series” with limited depreciating 10 year warranty would cost $2000 with taxes. Complete waste of time and money. Once again it’s buyer beware, make sure you do your homework read all the reviews you can find.
