I would like to compliment The Lady Marangelly Santiago. She showed excellent customer service to me. She was very courteous and kind and diligently helped me to get information I needed help with. If it was up to me I would want to see her get a raise on her pay for this.

Found the cutomer service person Bill Huff very helpfull. He walked me through the parts I neededed and gave me a costing and a call back to confirm the order. Took time and had patience to clarify what I needed and accomodated my requests. A very good reflection on the company.

I had an issue with a couple of panels on my new purchase. They came with holes, not the problem of Arrow. But the company that I received from. Mercedes answered my call and took care of the issue.

We ordered a sojag gazebo through Costco and when it was delivered we were missing a couple of parts…I called the number provided and got marangelly on the phone. She was so helpful and was able to help us rectify the problem quickly…great service!!
