Awesome customer service

So the winter was rough, and one storm destroyed my soft top gazebo over my hot tub. I contacted support, and spoke with Lynn. After going back and forth describing the damage, sharing pictures, and identifying just how much of it was broken, we decided it would be better over the long run, and more cost effective, to simply replace the gazebo. Lynn helped me choose a replacement with a metal roof, then had it shipped to me in record time. As I was getting ready to assemble it, we communicated about accessories (like curtains, the unit came only with screens, and we want privacy for our hot tub). During assembly I had several questions. Lynn was very responsive, quick to respond and was very clear, directing me to videos and answering my questions. This is now my fifth purchase from Shelterlogic, and I am a very happy customer!

The person that I talked to, Lynn, was courteous, efficient and really helped me place an order for a replacement cover for our Shelterlogic garage. It was very nice to do business with your company.

Excellent help

I bought two 20x20x7 carports with soft side enclosures. Everything went fine with the first one but there was shipping damage to the second carport. Two roof panels were destroyed. I called ShelterLogic expecting to have a hard time with a claim but to my delight I was pleasantly surprised when I was helped by Laura B. She was super knowledgeable. She listened to my situation and without hesitation she ordered me 2 new panels at no cost. They were here within 2 days so I thought. I opened the package only to find one panel. One was missing even though the shipping order said 2 were shipped. I called Laura B back at her direct # and she answered saying my name. I was again taken a back buy her professionalism & understanding. She immediately ordered me the still missing panel. This was by far the absolute best customer service experience I have ever had in all of my 61 years on earth. This woman deserves a raise or at least some high praised recognition for her dedication. Thanks, Laura B.

We bought the small 6 x 6 shelter almost 8 years ago and I just replaced it today.the fabric just finally wore thin and produced holes.i didn't think it would last this long at all but surprisingly it did!!!I do have it set up under trees in the corner so it's protected somewhat from rain and wind.barely any snow ever gets on it there but we do live on Vancouver Island!! Recommend this to anyone who needs a smaller cost efficient storage space

When buying a tent shed you gotta remember it's just a fabric cover. Mother Nature and animals will tear it up and they did. They come from the store with the cheapest/thinnest fabric for cost saving. I got 2 or 3 years out of mine, then it tore. No fixing it. I upgraded my fabric and that works better. Still just a fabric even though it's heavier duty. A bear just tore up my heavy duty roll up door. I ordered a replacement roll up door. It cost a bit because it had to be shipped to Alaska. Should be ok for awhile. Eventually it will fail too. Then I'll probable replace it.

This is my second review of the same shed. I wish I could add a video because at this moment there are 83mph winds and it hasn't moved. I'm currently in the eye wall of Hurricane Beryl in Texas. I'll probably get a new one after this because I don't want to push my luck. My horse is standing in it safe and dry.
