Love this service!!! It saves me so much time cooking a dinner my kids won't even eat, so I just reheat my and my husband's meals and we get veggies and spices. Everything is fresh and the selection is amazing!

Due to the flooding in the Snoqualmie Valley, we were not sure our meals would come. They did, and were even early. Food was great, too.

The food was good. I would appreciate more directions with respect to pairings. Heat rice then pour over protein, etc. It's hard to remember what side dish went with what.

Thank you for the review and the feedback! Clearer pairing instructions would definitely be helpful. Feel free to reach out to [email protected] with your suggestion so we can make sure the right team hears this!

I’m so glad we decided to try out Shef because this took the daily decision making out of the picture and meals were already ready. No dishes to do, no pots and pans to clean, healthy delicious meals in perfect portions. I wish I tried this sooner!
