Unable to sign in with my account following change of device. My email is not recognised but interestingly recognised when billed! Contacted customer care several times, told they would get back to me in 1 day but have not. All my music unobtainable. Very unhappy customer.

I tried to order sheet music to print. The site charged my credit card but declined the purchase. I tried another attempt. The site charged my card again and once again declined the purchase. I emailed through the help email, but got no response!

I purchased 5 sets of sheet music at a cost of £45.00 but unable to print any of them. The help menu is hopeless and the email I sent has bounced back as an unrecognisable site. not sure this is a real company. Will try to contact them by phone during office hours

I tried to print the song using Safari on my Mac, followed the instructions, and it wouldn't print. What's worse is that I contacted their customer service and didn't get any response at all. I can't be bothered to follow this up with my credit card company for £1.99, but will definitely not use this company again.

I just bought a sheet music, but it can't be indicated, because I need to install another software called "Scorch". At first I had problems with the installation, but after a few trials it was finally installed - but it still didn't work. So I went to the homepage of this software, where I was asked to make an account and I did. But then they wanted me to make another account for the community and this seemed quite strange to me, because actually one account on a homepage should be enough. Anyway I tried to create this account too, but it didn't work, though I am sure that I indicated everything like they wanted. Now I guess I wasted my money to this website, just because you need this strange software to see the sheet music you had bought and I don't understand why they can't just show the sheet music as a pdf file!

Hi Valeska, Sorry to hear about your first Sheet Music Direct experience. With the exception of Internet Explorer, we have phased Scorch software out and replaced it with a new cloud viewer which requires no installation or any sign-ups as you describe.
