Hi Rigard, To confirm, both orders of your orders were indeed declined, so the two pending charges you saw initially will disappear within the next few business days automatically. Hi Cali, Sorry to hear you had problems with printing your purchase in the right key. Please note that only the Interactive versions of scores can be transposed. If you switch to the Print Edition you will only see the original version in the original key - this version is the publication version and cannot be manipulated. Using the Noteflight viewer, you will be able to transpose and print the Interactive version of the score you have purchased without issue. Once you reach the Interactive link, go ahead and select your transposition and click Apply, and then click on the Download (↓) button along the Noteflight toolbar. This will download what you see to PDF, allowing you to view and print. Please let us know if you need additional assistance with your order and we'll be happy to help!
