Hello everyone. I purchased a guitar that cost $6000 amd when I recieved it it had some issues with binding. Not flat and was exposed to high heat(104 degrees. I informed them on day one when I got it. After inspection of 3 other guitars just like mine it was def not right. They informed me to return it and if no damage the full refund will occur. We they said I put buckle ras on Bach of guitar and hen I don’t even have a belt or jeans. I wear cotton shorts. Clearly they made this claim to get a 15% return fee. So all in all they took $1000 from me and made a false claim. Buyers beware of this company. They will rip you off to make money. Very dishonest company.

Terrible company!!! Do not shop here! They will lie and try and rip you off! Scummy business practices Stay away!!!!!

I bought an Eastman PCH. The guitar was despatched quickly and beautifully packed. The setup and tuning were accurate. The price was also very attractive. The photographs of the guitar were nicely presented, so I could get a good idea of what I was buying. One happy customer.
