Great range of sheet music with plenty of options to choose from. I had a small billing issue after the free trial, but the team resolved it quickly and were very helpful throughout. Jacklyn is a star!

Good service and prompt refund when I realised I’d made a mistake with my order. However, every cloud…… I then discovered I’d been signed up to the PASS subscription without my knowledge. That’s been cancelled promptly.

I like the pass subscription if you are looking for alot of music .Yearly is probably your best option.Prices are reasonable for sheets compared to other sites,Web interface is good,,,search engine...choice etc I only gave it 4 stars because out of 3 different times i contacted customer support thru their online web site the response was very very slow and sometimes I never received any reply. Other wise its a good choice for sheet music

I always find the music I’m looking for without any issues. Purchase process very easy. Prompt and positive response to sales and charging queries. A positive experience.

I had a problem with a subscription that was set up, which I did not want, and funds were taken from my account. However, I contacted Sheet Music Direct who apologised, refunded my money on the same day, and cancelled my subscription. Very unusual these days to get an issues resolved so quickly and efficiently.

Good afternoon, you recently added an extra warning, which is incredibly annoying. Every time I log in, I get a security warning for 15 to 20 seconds. Customers shouldn't have to suffer because of your security. As a private individual, I have my own security, and I pay for it. I also pay for music through my subscription with you. Make sure customers don't experience unnecessary wait times! Otherwise, I enjoy your music. Translated with Google

I now see in the reviews that getting signed up for a PASS subscription unknowingly is a common experience for purchasers of sheet music from this company. It happened to me too, but I'm happy to report that my issue was resolved by customer service within a day of me reaching out to them. Full refund and cancellation of the subscription. So although this was unfortunate, they made good on the mistake immediately. I will order sheet music from them again, as the ability to get music transposed to another key and download is really great. Thanks Sheet Music Direct!
