Keepkey issue resolved
Had an issue with my Keepkey and Co tactes support for assistance. They replied within a few minutes and help sort the issue. Excellent customer support.

Keepkey support is useless and seems…
Keepkey support is useless and seems pretty much abandoned. I ended up chucking it and buying a Trezor. Avoid Keepkey and Shapeshift. It's a toxic mix that should be avoided at all costs.

Troublshooting with Hardwarewallet
I was new too Crypto and decided a hardware wallet is the best option for me. I didnt used it for like 10 months and then i had big trouble with updating may wallet, so i wrote a ticket and they helped me. Very friendly and Helpful People at shapshift. I created the Ticket over Discord

Reported a scam platform using coincap.io logo
My interaction with ShapeShift was not with them directly. They provide the customer support for Coincap.io and I was reporting a scam platform in an effort to get it taken down. The response from a Customer Service agent was prompt and helpful. A few days later, the scam platform was not accessible anymore but I do not know if this is due to action taken by ShapeShift or not.

My recent experience with Mina was…
My recent experience with Mina was great. But it took me a year to get my funds out. I finally gave up last year and logged back in this year and thanks to Mina I got them out but what a hassle it was before. I was so disappointed when Keep Key joined up with ShapeShift because I had lots of issues after that. It was so easy before with Keep Keys app. So no longer using Keep Key to say the least.
