Great app and wonderful support from a dedicated team who has been around crypto for a long time

I made several successful transfers but one day I got an error message while withdrawing, after several messages back and forth with support they said the couldn’t help me and they wouldn’t refund I tried to login a few weeks later and my wallet had been deleted and bitcoin lost

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and frustration with ShapeShift. I have lost all the money I had in cryptocurrencies due to an error on their platform, and their response has been unacceptable. I received a message stating that they cannot interact with certain addresses I was attempting to transact with because the funds come from sources their platform cannot engage with. This resulted in the loss of my funds, and when I sought assistance, they informed me that they would not be able to help me with this or any future requests related to this issue. This is outrageous and completely unfair. I entrusted my funds to ShapeShift expecting a secure and reliable service, but this experience has proven otherwise. The lack of responsibility and refusal to resolve the issue leaves me with no options and without the money I worked hard to earn. I strongly advise anyone considering using ShapeShift to think twice. My experience has been nothing short of disastrous, and the lack of support and solutions from their team is alarming. ShapeShift needs to take responsibility for their errors and ensure the safety and proper support for their users.

I have been with shapeshift and keepkey wallet for a few years now and when I request help they usually reply within 24 hours which is quite reasonable in the world of crypto.
