My recent experience with Mina was great. But it took me a year to get my funds out. I finally gave up last year and logged back in this year and thanks to Mina I got them out but what a hassle it was before. I was so disappointed when Keep Key joined up with ShapeShift because I had lots of issues after that. It was so easy before with Keep Keys app. So no longer using Keep Key to say the least.

Well was a bad day trading with shapeshift unfortunately, they would only limit me to $1000 or less trades on Ethereum, BTC and USDC for some unexplained reason. To top it off 2 of my 10 trades are still "awaiting" so needed to do 2 help support tickets and I guess we will see how that goes. Two days ago I traded my Ether and BTC, over 20K worth in two trades without a hitch, so not sure whats up, maybe trying to get more fees from me ? Anyways I am disappointed, hopefully won't happen again, if it does I will ditch them and the keepkey and go ledger nano/coinmama,itbit or crypto.com, but we will see.

Actually my review not about directly shapeshift. I had a problem with their promotion. Shapeshift has a company for keepkey hardware wallet. Of you verified shapeshift you can get the chance of buy keepkey with discount just $10. But there is a shipping fee. And this shipping fee is about $40 (cheapest) It is wrong. You shouldn't create a campaign like this one. This creates anticipated people on community.
