I created ticket on portis.io Request - 416835 I lost my phone and access to 2FA on mail and account portis , and i want update my mail and delete 2FA , but support ignore me 2 days , i think this bad client for your money !

I have not used this Keepkey device yet to store anything, but setting it up with the combination key was not entirely clear on the sequence of numbers and blocks was confusing in that you follow the sequence of number from 1 to 9 and placing them into the corresponding box. with the great help of ShapeShift support it became easy. can't wait for the day I have enough Bitcoin that I need to secure it safely!

Great staff, that kept with it till I could retrieve my coin Ads online that I could swap bch on the platform, turns out you couldn't and as result my bch was stock for 4 months...

shape shift is awful. I went ahead and bought the keep key bc was on sale for 20 bucks and wanted a hardware wallet... unaware it was made specifically for shapeshift which apparently doesn't even work. Beta website is trash, doesn't load.. cant use a GMAIL on app download?.,,, .. made me create a new email for app dl, but already set up keepkey on website(which doesn't work) been waiting on a transaction to be sent for 30 dollars as a test from keepkey for over 12 days now... shapeshifts states its stuck in mining pool- which it is, however shapeshift split up this transaction into 2 separate txids- causing it to be stuck. they won't refund me, so now, the transaction will sit in meme pool for God knows how long ... the blame on network but it was shapeshift splitting up tx ids to get more fees per send from each wallet address. yeah they split up a 28-dollar sent into two... website don't even work. & Still in "Beta" for what? 6 years? Also service is terrible.. customer service takes days to respond then give attitude.. do not recommend this to ANYONE. couldn't figure out to reply to ur comment Shapeshift but thank u for reply- the original case #412368 & email address is same as listed on trust pilot for acct. Hope you will actually help & becaue that case is an email chain of 17 days worth of nothingless replies explaining to me how btc networks work.. which is all good and well, but nothing gets resolved on your end.. not a very good way to welcome a new customer who just purchased a KeepKey, & was about to fund account... Thank you

I had some issues in regards to my coins and unable to navigate to send them. I contacted shapeshift and I got a prompt reply. The Representative there went over with me a few steps in order to locate and solve the issue I was having. In a matter of minutes I was able to get the problem solved with their assistance of course. This isn't the first time that they've helped with a problem that I've had. The Representative was informative and helpful. Its a relief to know that they're right there to help out :).
