shapeshift is good but I wish it supports more tokens(trx, ada, egld, band) and more protocol(trx, binance smart chain)

excellent project. their support is brilliant.

Nothing works on their website. Pair a ledger, or even their own mobile app. When you try to contact support that page doesn't work either. I'd keep well away.

Don't touch these sleezes with a bargepole! I have been with Shapeshift for years. I even owned the software wallet called KeepKey, before Shapeshift bought them out. A connected and consistent customer in other words. I would have used their wallets to store and move numerous cryptocurrencies over the years. Now in July 2021 the airdrop of their FOX token comes along. There are 4 or 5 eligibility criteria - of which I am good to go for at least 3 of them. But no. Their airdrop system has returned all my viable addresses as in-eligible. Okay, we all know errors happen - we are all human. Sigh, take a look at the support response I got. ''The ShapeShift airdrop smart contract has been finalized and executed, and it is unalterable. We are unable to review past transactions, consider other addresses for inclusion, or redirect your airdropped tokens to a different ETH address.'' What a nice way to treat a long-term and useful customer! Avoid this mess like the plague!

I am new to coin trading. I used ShapeShift to buy doge coin via banxa back in February. I never received anything in my account. Wallet. The I don’t get what the person in customer service is saying. I asked to speak to a supervisor, the request was ignored. Things are really are bad at ShapeShift . Don’t trade here!
