Nunca podría imaginar que podría ser tan mala , no tienen a nadie que este ayude si tienes un problema , costes de minería inflados a infinito y más allá , no metas tu dinero aquí , la mitad de las veces está caído

Stay away from ShapeShift at all cost, first of all their entire system is backed on an very inferior hardware system, so they have a lot of down time. Furthermore, they don't have a password recovery method, if you forget your password, you're permanently locked out of your funds, despite their competitors are being COMPETENT enough to have a working recovery system. These guys are amateurs, their portfolio for coins is very limited, and there is absolutely no redeeming qualities for this brand.

Stay away from these guys. I bought 500 USD in ETH 1 hour ago, so far no coin . The price was 1.145=~.. they showed in the app the correct amount and when paid the amount was lower !! they ended up charging me 1.200usd + for the ETH when it never reached that value. And still no coins .. Stay AWAY from these guys.. find better options like Binance or Coinbase.

I have been using the services of this company relatively recently. So far so good, customer service is good.

I've been a long time user of the KeepKey wallet and recently moved from the soon to be deprecated Chrome app to the ShapeShift web page to send a transaction. Unfortunately the "Medium" speed fee allocated by ShapeShift was woefully small for the market conditions at the time, so the transaction became stuck in the mempool. This was an important transaction for which I could not wait days to be mined, so I had to pay a substantial fee to have the transaction accelerated. I decided to report the issue to ShapeShift so that they would at least know the impact of their faulty (at the time) fee selection algorithm. I was very surprised and pleased when the customer support team responded to me apologizing for the issue and offered to refund me half of the acceleration fee! This is clearly exceptional service where they went above and beyond and I applaud them in their effort to help make me whole again.

This was a very difficult process to recovery my account. One thing another. First the needed device upgrade process. Then, entering the 12 word recovery sentence. The the surprise passphrase, that wasn't in the recovery instructions. I still don't know the benefits of a passphrase. The the very long time waiting for the initialize device, because the passphrase was enabled, which I don't know why, or what it is suppose to do. Finally, I was able to disable the passphrase to get the recovery to work. Very tedious indeed.

I thought I had lost my cryptos when I sent them to Portis and their helpdesk helped me get them back: good customer service, thank you and congratulations.
