Order number 38764 I placed an order with you on the 20th May, and after reading trustpilot I decided to cancel my order which I did by emailing you on the 21st May.Your customer service team replied back asking me why, so I gave my reasons and even after these emails you still decided to dispatch the items when I clearly stated in my email to cancel the order. I would like a full refund of the items and I will refuse the delivery when it arrives.If I don’t here back I will be contacting my bank .

I received my order from Shapely but there was a problem, I contacted the customer service center and they replaced the order no questions. Absolutely fantastic service and the bodysuits are just amazing...

Do not buy from this company! Total waste of money. 2 bodysuits purchased that are not what they say they are! It is a con and you can't get a refund! They don't even have a seal around the underwear so you don't actually know if it been worn before and they definitely DO Not shape your body! That's material is flimsy. I am the stupid one for purchasing but this company should be exposed!

Item took a while to be received as I believe it’s shipped from China. When arrived it was in non branded packaging with no tags. It had a very cheap look and feel to it and definitely doesn’t look anything like it was advertised as. Although they say they process refunds you only get store credit which is pointless as I wouldn’t want anything else from there store if it’s anything like the item I have already ordered. Wish I read these reviews first and it’s ultimately just a waste of time and money!

Not only are the products gorgeous, the service is outstanding. Answering a query on a bank holiday, arranging an amazing offer and delivering on their promises. What more could you ask for?

Tried these after seeing so many positive reviews. I didn’t check trust pilot, which I probably should’ve. Shipping was a bit slow as it wasn’t sent from UK as I expected. However the body suits are more normal clothing than shapewear. No support for breasts and just slightly tight around waist. The clasp to fasten the suit between your legs is too wide and uncomfortable to wear over time and it will create a “panty line” on your bum. They were reasonably cheap so I’ll wear them as normal body suits.
